Her father a career naval officer, Marco Victor Pellegrino,Jr and homemaker mother, Irene. Connie was the second eldest Daughter of five siblings; Debra Jill, Marcia Jeanetta, Mark Victor and Tina Marie. She excelled in school and was on the PEP Squad at Pacifica High School in GG, CA. Graduated and married high school sweetheart Donald Carton on May 10th, 1975. On April 28th, 1982 she gave birth to their only child. Sandra Roxanne. The marriage ended in late 1982. Connie was a receptionist at Vi-Cal/Calta Metals in Anaheim. within a few short years she became their Vice President.
